My life
I was born in Nakornsrithommarat (South of Thailand) where the people eat more spicy food than other parts of Thailand.With hot weather and rainy season all year round,the spicy food makes the body warm and protects you from the cold. Every meals since I was a kid, my dad ate fresh chilli so my family and I grew up with an appreciation for spicy food . Since moving to the USA I haven’t found any Thai restaurants that offer the same spiciness that I had as a kid.Thus the challenges to create our new restaurant The Thai Medallion!!!!!
